I worked with him for three months and thanks to the structured training programme my strength and fitness improved greatly. The equipment is great and Tim offers calm encouragement at all times. He combines a fantastic range of strength training kit with a wealth of knowledge to offer strength sessions that are both enjoyable and challenging. It's also nice to have the option to train outdoors in good weather! He's very encouraging and supportive and knows how to get the best out of his clients. He definitely pushes me much harder than I would ever push myself! Highly recommend.

    When I started training with Tim I didn’t think strength training was for me, I thought I was too old and was worrried it would make me bulky, but two years in and I’m hooked. He really knows what he’s talking about and has a great range of equipment and routines. He has a way of (gently) encouraging me to push myself just that little bit harder, which is something I need. I trust him completely and know that if he thinks that I can go a bit heavier then I must be able to. I can really see a difference, I’ve lost weight and have toned up and alway come away feeling better, both physically and mentally. My body image has improved too. He’s also helped my daughter who has struggled with knee pain since a trampolining accident 10 years ago and now she’s running again. I’d recommend Tim to anyone thinking about giving it a go.

    Tim is a Top quality sport masseuse. Having been moved around from pillar to post, finding a good masseuse is hard enough never mind for a reasonable rate, and that’s when I found Tim. I couldn’t recommend anyone better. He ironed out all my niggles and helped me prevent sports injury. Being injury free is key when performing at a high level and Tim played a huge part in this for me personally. With him being an ex-athlete himself, his understanding around the area is second to non. Don’t mess around and get booked in with Tim if you can! You won’t regret it!
