Jason made the rental process simple for us and supported us through every stage of the process. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an attentive and friendly rental experience! Edit- We have been duped! Avoid at all costs. Large company that will pressure to sign and then immediately leave you in the dark on important matters. Money takes priority at Foxtons over any sense of customer service. Stay away!

Why am I not returned deposited for a clear 'tear and wear? Does anyone know if that's their common practice or a simple mistake? Foxton informed me that the landlord claimed 1000 Pounds from my deposits due to a damaged toilet bowl. However, the toilet bowl was clean and preserved in a good condition when I checked out. And there’s no evidence nor house report provided to me to support their claim! The only thing I can do is reply ‘yes’ to accept the claim or contact the house manager who rarely responds. Moreover, even if the toilet was smashed and ruined completely somehow, 1000 pounds is much more than the price of a new toilet bowl! Again, there’s no further detail of how much his previous toilet bowl was worth. It makes me feel like the landlord and Foxton fraud me for the money. What a shame😫

I feel so lucky to have met Gabriella as a tenant because soon after, she helped me find my first home and provided a fantastic support throughout the buying process! Even when we first met as she was trying to sell the flat for my Landlord, she was extremely friendly and polite. She tried her best not to be disruptive in my life as the flat didn’t sell for a while and many people had to visit the flat throughout the day. This really made me trust and respect her professionalism! Then in my first home buying process, Gabriella was extremely patient, friendly and supportive. This was especially appreciated as I had a tight timeline and many things got tripped up due to no fault of hers. Even for issues in the later stages which I felt were outside of Gabriella’s responsibilities, she stayed connected and tried her best to help. All in all, I’m so grateful for Gabriella and Foxton’s service and would 100% recommend!
