They don’t answer emails unless they need something from you, and when they need you expect 3 calls and 10 emails per day from a variety of people. I wish I had known better before renting through them, never again

    Not the greatest branch , when managing my flat. Service in the office was slack, on a Friday inclusive of a non serious atmosphere. It appears they are good when searching for customers but not so great with current customers. Particularly after taking over from D&G Hopefully they improve.

    Moved out a month ago. According to the contract they have 10 days time to make any claims and return our deposit. No money has been returned. Email was answered once where they wanted to give the landlord more time, but after that they ignored us. Unrelated, but property was broken into last year and they promised to add banham locks, which never happened. Avoid like the plague if you value safety & trustworthiness.
