Haven't yet rented an apartment with Foxtons, but just got off the phone with Sam in Lettings, who by far is the most helpful estate agent I have been in contact with in weeks. He was patient, attentive, really empathetic to our situation and really came across like he cared about finding us something that suits us. Many estate agents just jump straight into the conversation about money, quite pushy and do not make the effort of trying to find other options that suit. I'm sure Sam has a great career in customer service ahead of him, and I hope he is recognised for his efforts towards customers.
