I would like to let sellers know about the valuations of property by this company. They undervalued our home by a massive 70k We had two more valuations done both valued our property up by 70k.We have now sold our home and are moving to pastures new having reached the intended asking price. We are very fortunate we did not use this estate agency in harrow.
