Josh was really good with us and has been the only estate agent we’ve come across that proactively looked for places for us. The market is very quick right now and we were looking everywhere we could and ended up finding the right place via a different agent but all the same, I would really recommend Josh and Foxtons. If you prefer the more personable approach rather than scrolling endlessly on zoopla then you should give this place a try.

As a new migrant family from Hong Kong, rumour has it that it would not be easy to find a suitable dwelling in the UK and seemed to be somewhat of heading for trouble. In the light of this, it took a big leap of faith to decide to go with which estate agent. Luckily, we got off on the right foot and met Margot Redpath of Foxtons. After several long-distance touch bases encapsulating our home-searching requirements over the phone, Margot gave us a steer and also got us several “my sort of thing” in the vicinity of the ideal location for our viewing once we landed. Obviously she had done her homework screening out undesirables to save our time on any irrelevant properties that were actually too far away or ending up coughing up excessive amount of money we couldn’t afford. The whole home-searching process was coming on apace in the right track on the trot. To our relief, our first UK house-hunting went off without a hitch. As a stranger here, it meant a lot to us!!! To make it happen, the unwavering support from Margot has much to commend it. Margot is our unsung heroine and would like to take this chance to express our eternal gratitude for all her help. Booked twice for a valuation 1st one cancelled 2nd one a no show very inconvenienced as I don't work close to to home and had to leave work early. Was told it was to late on the day to do anything. Not happy at with Foxtons would not recommend.
