I used this company twice once at my old flat and now at my new house they went above and beyond I could not take my TV off the wall so I could wall paper behind the TV for feature wall. I called back in they sent a engineer who went above and beyond to show me how to do it three times even attached some cable ties to make it easier for me to reach, whenever I need to take TV down free of charge great professionalism I vouched!

Have seen first hand the wonderful customer service from this company. Had problems with their contractor but once they finally contacted me everything was effortless. I’d go with them directly from now on and feel safe and comfortable they will deliver excellent service and if any issues they are quickly rectified to my satisfaction. The 2.8 doesn’t do them justice. 100% will work with them in future without any middle men.

Elite Grounds Maintenance
Can’t see what all the bad review are about, booked 2 days ago for this am at 0800, turned up at 0805 and finished in about an hr, looked at my set up and fixed necessary wires, all 5 tv leads all working, great service and great staff. What an awful service they shouldn't be in business. Paid £299 for an installation. Booked it last week.....to cut a long story short I waited all day, no installation, called them at 12noon (booking was for morning) and 5pm and each time they promised me installation would happen. Then at 17:45 an infantile excuse for their no show plus they offered to reschedule for next Tuesday loool. (what a joke!) Offcourse I am cancelling and getting my money back.

I am so frustrated with Foxtel Services Ltd. I had this company come to fix my tv on the wall through Currys. First of all, time meant nothing to them as I got a text confirming my appointment from 8 - 1pm. No show and no update on why they've not turned up! I rang 'OrderWork' who contacted Foxtel only to be told engineer will now turn up between 3-6pm. My whole day wasted. Engineer turned up later, got TV on the wall and left all the packaging and wires hanging without trunking. I asked him and he said they don't do trucking and it's up to me to buy the trunk and fix myself. I tried calling Foxtel Services and no response. I will chase this up with Currys. Foxtel Services are very very poor.
