Enquired about a price for an Easter Sunday. Should have been £22 usually, though with the Easter weekend I expected to pay more. Was quoted £75 as they clearly just want to squeeze people as much as possible. Terrible.

We booked a taxi to take us to the Michael Buble concert in Hatfield Park. We have only lived in Hertford for 6 months and we have never been to Hatfield before. To start the driver didnt know where we lived and had to be guided. As soon as we hit the queing traffic he started to moan about how long it would take and he started telephoning his office saying "do not take anymore bookings for this event and you should not have taken this one", They were fully aware when we booked of what expected. Nothing was said or refused at the booking stage. He tried to persuade us to get out at the roundabout on the A414 so he could go back to Hertford. I said no this is way too far away and how could we walk down an A road. He said he would take us to Hertford Station but we dont know the area and he couldnt explain where we should go. He refused to turn onto the entrance to the park off the A414 and pulled into a layby and we got out. We paid what we owed and then had to walk for an hour alongside cars up a country lane Surely you have a duty of care to your customers. You left 3 women to walk for an hour in an area where we had never been. Your staff should know where they are taking your customers. When you book a taxi you are relying on them to know the area and keep you safe. My advice to any women thinking of using this taxi firm. AVOID you will not be safe.
