    Just had the most enjoyable afternoon at Foxdown Children’s Farm. It was our first visit but now planning to come along regularly with 2 year old granddaughter for the Foxdown Cubs Toddlers sessions. Loved everything about the place - animals & the surroundings very well cared for, plenty to keep little ones occupied, friendly owners, beautiful views and great tea & cake! Would highly recommend. Foxdown is the best Children’s Farm we’ve visited (and we’ve been to quite a few!}

    Foxdown Children’s Farm was the best animal experience I’ve done with Rosie who is 3 & 1/2. Adrian and Shelly who own and run it all are clear animal lovers. Adrian gave a really engaging and hands on approach tour with us being able to feed all the animals, background as to where they had come from, their characters, what food they eat, the breeding of the animals. Shelly was giving a private experience to another family whilst Adrian did the main tour. There was pony walks and grooming after lunch. The play area was great it had a large climbing frame, trampoline, football net /rugby ball for the children to use. There was plenty of parking and a good choice of tea/coffee/cake/small gift shop. Not only did the tour give an opportunity to learn about the animals but also for 2-3 hours afterwards the bunnies and Guinea pigs we could go have and hold and stroke again. This was a fantastic was to spend 4 hours of our Saturday and I’m very much looking to going back with friends and family and their children over the summer. Nothing was too much trouble for Shelly, Adrian and their team today. Adrian knew each and every animal name which was impressive with 80 to remember.

    Had a lovely time here, lots for the little ones to see and do, very clean, tidy and spacious. staff very accommodating and a welcoming atmosphere. Lovely little cafe/shop too. The only negative for me is I personally think that the day entry is a little high being the same price for adults and 2 Yr olds especially when sometimes you only want to pop by for an hour or so and would probably put me off going more than acouple times a year, but that's just my opinion and the only reason for 4 not 5 stars 👍
