Cannot praise Ian enough. Personally endured a 4 hour car journey to deliver the vehicle to my doorstep. First impressions of this company were second to none and Ian couldn't had been more helpful and genuine. literally the worst after sale service you could ever expect They sold me a car which developed issues on the drive home from the show room, they repeatedly refused to help. Owner of the company blocked my phone number, ignored emails and failed to repair the problem. After 6 months of being repeatedly ignored I gave up expecting support from them and had fixed the vehicle at my own cost. Laughable service from Foxbury. Genuinely recommend that you save yourself a lot of hassle and avoid doing business with this company! Looking at the other reviews it seems clear that they are very pleasant to gain a sale but do not expect to provide any after sale support.

They Sold the car with a 3 month warranty that they wouldn't honour or correspond to even though another garage deemed it dangerous. Have reported to trading standards. Would have been happy if they had listened and met us half way. We are reasonable people, the after service from this company was appalling.

Absolute pleasure talking with Jeremy, on two occasions this company has offered me free advise on buying and converting a VW camper without any personal gain to themselves; I have still not bought one. Jeremy was able to give me round about figures for costing of kitchen and bed facilities and offer support in where to have these fitted. Even if I do not find a VW with this company I will still recommend their outstanding service and advise to anyone looking to find and convert a VW camper. Thanks again!
