We’re absolutely over the moon with our new windows and front door! Everyone was really helpful, and the fitters were second to none! From the survey to fitting, we were impressed by their attention to detail, standard of workmanship, & courteousness. There were a couple of tiny snags (not their fault), but they dealt with them quickly and efficiently, which means everything in our book. I would have no hesitation in recommending, & we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went there to get a quote for a Solidor and Alu frame windows for the entire house, arranged an appointment, waited for 45 mins on the day just to phone back to check and discover they've forgotten about us. I had to take 1/2 annual leave to ensure we are at home so the experience wasn't great and found it quite insulting and unprofessional. They prob dont need any customers if they can afford not to honour appointments and potentially lose thousands of pounds.

We had three windows and a door installed by Fox’s Windows and Doors. The installers were excellent very thorough and they fitted the windows and door very carefully and the rooms are now no longer draughty and cold. The products the windows and door are of a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend Fox’s Windows and Doors .
