What can I say we moved house on 21st April, and there was no doubt in my mind we would use Fox’s Stourbridge to pack and move all of our possessions, having used them way back in 2006 and being more than happy then, Alex and the team were fantastic, patient, polite and worked so hard for the three days they were with us, they helped a very stressful downsize seem not such a headache, I would recommend Fox’s to anyone who wants a smooth stress free move. Fox storage were very pleasant to deal with, particularly Sarah. The facilities are well maintained and clean. Access to storage is only during office hours, not 24hrs like Storage King or some others but, I would use Fox again and recommend to others.

We have recently taken out storage and we found the staff to be very helpful in getting the right size of storage suitable for our needs. We went for the 2nd size up in the end but we were told we could always change for the size up or down if we wanted. We were shown the workings of the shutters and lift so we felt confident in getting on with things for ourselves. Many thanks Paul

We are moving our entire household goods from Sicily to UK. We need them in storage till we find somewhere permanent in UK. Our movers from Sicily did not tell us till Friday morning that the goods were arriving Monday morning. We dashed to Fox and they were brilliant. Took all the stress away. We can go there and meet the goods take out the few bits we need now and they will store the rest. They made everything so easy for us and were so helpful. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
