Ordered 20 pieces of lamp chops and saw the guy using all the end/scrap pieces to make my order. Disappointed, fair enough use the end pieces of the previous shoulder but then use a fresh larger piece as oppose to looking for other end scraps. So beware, make sure you tell the guys to use a fresh piece etc.

Usually good, friendly and polite but on this occasion they tried to give me meat after someone sliced his thumb on the blade. The boss tried to deny it had happened but I saw the injury myself. I told him I cannot have the meat and advised him to clean or remove the blade and he stated "the blade is different". He was dismissive and and rude about it and I worry that when I left they continued to use the same contaminated blade ..
