Being coming here since 1994 (first chainsaw from them - which is still going strong) and always had great service. In the rare event I've needed things to be fixed (even old equipment) they have been quick to fix it (when others have said that it's beyond repair) and repair prices have been very reasonable. Recently bought some Honda cordless equipment (strimmer, hedge cutter and blower) and despite one of the batteries dying a few months later is was swapped out without any issues at all. Great old fashioned service and prices are reasonable. UPDATE: They have now moved and offer a collection and drop off service. I had problems with a chainsaw which waspicked up Monday and delivered back Thursday morning at a very reasonable price with Free delivery and collection.

My lawn mower wasn't cutting well so I decided the blade might need sharpening. I rang and spoke with a very pleasant lady who said yes, they do that sort of minor repair. I enquired about opening hours and she replied in a very polite manner. I took my mower in the next day when she said if the blade needed replacing rather than just sharpening, she would do it. When I collected my mower the following week, it had just needed sharpening, for £6 only. Someone else wrote a nasty review - please ignore that vitriol as that writer should not be allowed access to the internet if she writes such filthy lies.
