I have a lifelong membership card with Fox and Sons and they have always been great! It was my second time they’ve assisted me with a remortgage of the property and I would like to mention George Jones that has been amazing throughout the whole journey! He is very polite and professional, always on time, always replying to e-mails straight away. If there were any issues, he was very supportive and helping whenever he could. Worst Fox and Sons brunch in Southampton. Still waiting deposit to be returned for two months. Dispute has been raised with TDS and been past to next stage. Two weeks ago received email that deposit is being released and I have passed my bank details. Still haven’t received money and don’t get any response for emails. I have asked them if there is any damage to property could they send me receipts and send me rest of money.

Worst agent I have ever used. Incompetent and do not care. The customer service is appalling. Booked in a viewing, never received any confirmation. Tried calling for 2 days to make sure the viewing was still booked but no answer. Out of sheer desperation to find somewhere to live decided to book a train anyway to view the property…From Cheltenham!! An £87 ticket! Only to be told that the property is no longer available. They only told me this after I rang them constantly, as they didn’t even bother to call. AVOID these agents at all cost! Will never use them again!

I have delayed writing this review as I’m not one to typically do so. However I am fed up now and feel this is the only resort. The house I bought was listed with Fox and Sons but I bought it through another agency. I phoned Fox and Sons to let them know about the completion of the sale and to get their sales board removed back when I got the keys in may 2022 and was told it would be collected. When I moved in around September it was still outside laying down in my front area. I then called again to have it removed and they said they would get back to me. Fast forward to January and it still was not removed. I called again in January/February to complain about this delay and to request again that their board be removed. I was told a manager would look into the request and the board would be collected ASAP. It is now March 2023 and I have not heard anything back nor has the board been collected. I believe this shows Fox and Sons simply do not care as what else would be the reason for the board to still remain on my property for 10 months.
