From the first valuation I knew that Travis at Fox and Sons Langney branch was going to look after us and do the absolute best he could to secure the right buyer for our property. Travis talked me through the options, and how a professional photographer would take pictures and draw up a floor plan so the most accurate information was available for potential buyers. There were choices along the way, for example whether we wanted a For Sale board up and Fox and Sons market across the different selling sites such as Zoopla and Right Move so we knew our property would reach those potential buyers. He advised us thoroughly about what would happen and when so we didn't have to chase actions up. Travis kept us consistently updated about the progress of viewings and then, our offers. He has been second to none and professional, friendly and informative throughout. I would say a real asset to the team. We were also lucky enough once we found a property to use the services of Teresa, their mortgage adviser who has been top notch in advising us, following up tasks and letting us know expediently where things are in the process; again we have been informed without having to chase up. another real asset to the team at Fox and Sons Langney. We are yet to exchange and complete but so far our experience has been outstanding. Well done Fox and Sons Langney.

He assisted with everything we needed to know about selling the house. He kept us all in the loop and had very good communication with all our family.
