Unfortunately my experience with Fox & Sons was very disappointing. We had several very positive viewings but they were unable to convert this into an offer. Contact on the whole was poor with me having to chase the branch and the mortgage advisor several times. They also lost details and had no clue what my agreement with themselves was. The only reason for the three stars is Jayden. He was professional, responsive and pleasant throughout the entire process and has also followed up with me although not in a pushy way. We have sold our house through another agent now so my recommendation would be only use them if you have Jayden on the case.
