Started off well with Fox and Sons, they showed us round a house and were generally pleasant to deal with, then we put an offer on a house and then starts the huge amounts of pressure to go with their mortgage advisor as well as tactics to try and get us to pay more for the house, funny thing is we withdrew our offer and yet the house is still on the market despite other offers... So made up offers too.

We recently had a viewing through fox and sons. This was the first time we had viewed a property with them and the experience was great. Sam who met us at the property arrived around 5 minuets earlier then agreed, was welcoming, polite and answered all of our questions without hesitation and anything he wasn't sure on he found out.
