My son used them to get to and from Sandon - his driver went above and beyond on a daily basis for the kids; he knew who should be getting on each stop and would wait several minutes if someone wasn’t there just to be sure he didn’t miss them. We always wished we could let him know if my son was off sick! Every one we had dealings with were really kind and helpful.

Buses usually late, My school uses them, and the buses are usually dirty, some buses though are sometimes cleaned slightly. The drivers are not the best, but in my experience the drivers attitudes haven't been too bad, only one bad one in particular. Also the majority of the drivers are poor drivers. The pro is that the buses get me too school on time most days. In conclusion, could be better but not the utter worse.

Why this company in the 21st century is unable to accept payment via bank transfer is beyond me. Unable at their office to take a debit card and insisting on cash or a cheque still. It is inconvenient for these exhorbitant fares and Chelmsford CC should seriously take a look at who they give these licences to.
