I spoke today to the man who does travel vaccination to ensure that the clinic does the inactivated version of a vaccine as I can’t have “live” vaccines due to being immuno-compromised. The guy gave me a completely nonsense explanation, and became enraged when I told him again that I couldn’t have what he proposed. I asked him to please not be so rude and aggressive, and finally had to put the phone down to end his ranting. I’ve booked in somewhere else where they seem calm and knowledgeable.

The clinician, Mr Sungdae Kim, at Fourway Pharmacy is absolutely excellent. Both of my needle-shy children hardly noticed his fast and expert administration of the chickenpox vaccine, with just the right amount of distraction so that my eldest didn't even realise it had been done. I'd definitely recommend his wonderful service.

The waiting was smoothly and quick but the person doing the vaccination was a bit rude. Rolled his eyes and a bit condescending when I was only trying to verify that it’s my first jab when he was on about someone’s second which confused me. Seems like - nice place but don’t expect friendliness unless it’s the person who asked you the medical questions at the entrance.
