Very disappointing and misleading treatment of a hard working animal charity here in Devon, No compensation for late and sub standard blue rolls, Cost the charity unnecessary £ waiting for this company to deliver and when they did (late) they were not the specification expected. Avoid dealing with these folk as it seems they are not customer focused.

The service, delivery and communication of this company is terrible with poor quality products. The blue rolls are very thin and poor quality and not worth the money. How they have treated ELM Wildlife charity is diabolical. Who rely on these rolls for cleaning the Hedgehog beds whose lives are at risk.

Wow this has to rate in my top ten worst companies to deal with. We run a wildlife rescue centre in the SW of England called ELM Wildlife (a registered charity) and use a large amount of Blue Rolls, which are imperative to the welfare of the animals in our care. We tried to place an order in August but was misguided by our local Rep on delivery times, so in September I tried again and placed an order with the same Rep, this time asking if the pallet could be sent out asap or as early in the 10 days turn around as possible; he said that he would put a rush on it, this was and the 21st September. A week later called the main office for update only to be told that they did not have the items in stock and did not know when they would be in, I ask why I had not been informed of these pre order and payment and told to contact Rep. Ever since I have been fobbed off and then finally told by some indignant women that “our terms say ten working days” I suggested she may want to use a calculator; it’s now the 9th October. It has cost us a fortune purchasing whatever we can local, I’m disgusted.
