bought 5K cooker. we didn't see they were a chip inside the drawer we contacted customer service. Patronizing, unhelpful. Everything to blame us and not to deal with the problem. They were happy that we pay 120 pounds +vat per 30 minutes to send an engineer

I am on my second La Canche and have had this one for over 12 years. They are fantastic cookers, well built and strong. The cooking performance puts others in the shade. Why buy an AGA when you can have a thing of beauty where you can control the heat! After sales is great. I recently needed to replace the hinges on one of the oven oven doors. Chris the engineer was excellent and had the job done quickly and fixed a couple of other things that had worn out.
