We were promised excellent service so we went ahead and set up a wholesale account. After several missed deliveries and certain items not showing up on deliveries most days, we disputed our invoices. They refused to remove missed items from the invoices and made us pay. We have subsequently left and I really wouldn’t recommend them at all, this clearly shows in their below par overall rating.

The rep was always rude and unpleasant and deliveries weren't too consistent with a couple not showing up at all. Produce was always a very high standard though!

Placed an order as we had done a few times before. Money taken, order confirmed. Received a confirmation the order was picked and was out for delivery. Five hours later I found a refund had been processed with an email saying they don't deliver to our area. Exceptionally poor customer service. Massive let down. Tried to support a smaller business during the pandemic, and for what.

I've had quite a few deliveries if the vegetable box now. Sometimes it makes me think outside the box as I get things I wouldn't necessarily buy, but that's a good thing. I've tried new things and new ways if cooking. The produce seems to last much better than a lot of supermarket veg and reminds me of how it used to taste as a child.
