    AVOID!!! Found to be using shock collars on dogs to prevent barking - absolutely barbaric 😡 EDIT - Apparently the collars are vibration collars! Picture quite clearly shows two metal prongs which make contact with the dogs neck. Still used without owners permission.

    AVOID - MY DOG DIED IN THEIR CARE!! My beautiful healthy and happy 6.5 Yr old Jenson died in their care, just 4 nights into a 23 night stay. I was told originally that cctv could be reviewed and he died peacefully. This was not the case, he died a painful and horrible death this has been confirmed by a post mortem and discussion with numerous vets. No copy of cctv was kept despite being told I could have a copy if I wished. This had massively affected me, I didn't wish to have it straight away, 2 months later I was then told it had been recorded over. Within 24 hrs of his death, my emergency contact was asked to go and collect his stuff - why?! I had paid for the kennel for just over 3 weeks, why the rush to remove him. Just days after he died, I was still very much in shock in SA with occasional WiFi I was then accused of telling people something had happened as a random stranger from the US commented on their Instagram after I had announced he had died on his account & they followed him. I heard nothing from them after that. They just carried on like nothing had happened. That his life wasn't that important. Things have not been kept & records are very basic. They have not been honest or open with me about what actually happened to my amazing Jenson. There has been radio silence from them. A lot of people have been affected by this who loved and adored him - how they now think twice about leaving their dogs. I now have such bad anxiety issues with my puppy, I am not the same as I was. Oh one last thing - they kept the full amount paid, not offering anything back because their insurance said so & because of the fact it was "the busiest time of year" for them?? So I paid over £600 for my dog to stay for 4 nights and end up with a dead dog. AVOID!! **Edit** This review was posted 14 months on because it was traumatising.
