I just needed some treated battens to mend our garden fence. The website confirmed that they had exactly what I wanted. When I arrived I was escorted to the right area of the yard where a helpful member of staff sorted through the stack with me making sure that every piece was straight and sound and helped me load up. Very efficient and safe. Positive all round.
