I’ve never really kept up with going to the gym before because I couldn’t figure out the right form, stay consistent, and adjust as I was learning. The coaches here are amazing and make the workouts fun, can modify if needed, and helps stay consistent. I’ve already been going for over 6 months and its so great!

Amazing gym, trainers and community! We signed up ahead of our wedding next year and cannot recommend enough. Aran, Crystal, Henari, Saskia, Ben and any visiting staff have such positive and welcoming energy - they really support you, challenge you without pushing you and are always willing to share their guidance and advice. They are a small and dedicated team, who are really passionate about their client's wellbeing. I was not a gym person at all and had only had negative experience of gyms being focused on weight loss, gym selfies and diet culture, the Foundry North Kensington is the exact opposite. They have a great balance of fitness and fun, even having brunch pastries on Saturdays and pizza nights once a month. Along with the amazing PT sessions and classes, they also organise lovely team events like group hikes, paddle boarding and bowling (usually followed by a social). For someone who was really intimidated by gyms before, I now genuinely enjoy going and couldn't imagine going to any other gym. Plus, we are both seeing really great results physically - couldn't recommend it more!

I know it's their tagline but I've genuinely never been in better shape in my life. Within a month of joining, I lost 5% body fat. I only joined in 2019 because it was the most convenient option (the prices made me have a serious think!) but now I'm glad I didn't sign up to another chain gym. I've never been as strong or fit in my life, and I had been going to gyms for a few years doing HIIT/Body Pump etc. I also personally hate 1:1 training, so group PT is the perfect level of attention. The trainers are incredible, engaging and all have their own extensive fitness backgrounds (literal Olympians, pro athletes and circus performers). Their knowledge also lets them tweak exercises if you're injured to keep them challenging but safe. If you're already seriously fit, they go to the next level and do personal programming to make sure you're continuously improving. They also do heaps of social events and keep friendly competition alive (optional, of course). I could go on about all the great things they offer but all I can say is if you're thinking about taking the plunge - just do it.

Such an awesome gym - really recommend! I spent years going to a range of different fitness classes and studios across London, where you were an anonymous number, in often very dark rooms! I love being part of the W10 community where all the trainers know your name, your goals, and how to best motivate you towards those goals, even when the going gets tough. Also love having the heartrate monitors, which are displayed at the front of the class so I know how hard I’m pushing. I set a personal goal of a 100kg deadlift when I joined, and with their support, reached it in less than 2 months - thanks W10 team ♥️
