    I absolutely love this gym, it's easily the best gym in Telford. I'm a woman in my 60's who was fairly anxious and at first thought Foundry may be intimidating but I soon realised this isn't the case. Everybody there is so friendly and the equipment is fantastic, there's so much I've never seen in other gyms. Well done for bringing Foundry to Telford.

    Easily the best gym in terms of equipment combined with the fact it's 24/7 and reasonably priced. Would be five stars but feel like the gym has kids running round every other day, understand trying to make it inclusive for everyone but can't understand this being a thing during peak times.. it's an accident waiting to happen.

    (caveat to 5* is that you're not after a swimming pool, functional fitness or classes). If you're wanting to be bigger/stronger, if you can leave you're ego at the door, if don't need to be a big fish in a little pond, if you're after a gym for the meat and bones of it all - Foundry has the best of everything in Telford, hands down. 24hr, good (varied) music, lovely staff, Hammerstrength everything, three squat racks and deadlift platforms. There's some cardio stuff upstairs, I don't know about all that... the stairs are too much cardio for me :-D I buy my membership by the year, I can't imagine needing anything else to support my powerlifting journey.

    Foundry Gym Telford has the best equipment hands down by a mile in Telford (and further afield). It is packed with everything you could ever need plus so much you didn't know you wanted. They have lots of cardio equipment, space for bodyweight workouts, a more private area to train in and a boxing ring (and bags). My only issue would be the laud gangster music. Overall I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for one in Telford.
