Multiple treadmills broken and only one cross trainer working. Been like it for months. Ultimately I had to join another gym elsewhere. Also as others have stated they do have cleaners but somehow the toilets and showers are a mess, with dirt/mold all over the walls and mats outside the showers are covered in slim and filth.

Great gym. Gets a bit busy on Monday's to Wednesday, but so does every other gym in Dudley. Air conditioning would definitely boost it to 5 stars, especially on hot days..
