Flowers weren't what I'd asked for. I was told initially that because of the current price of the flowers I'd chosen they decided to make something larger in size by substituting with cheaper flowers. When I addressed this with them again, they quoted they'd told me on the phone they may substitute with other flowers. This wasn't mentioned and wasn't resolved.
