Had the particular misfortune of dealing with the 'delightful' Andy Williams. I've met a few manipulative individuals in my career, but nothing bordering on this monstrosity of a human being. I was made to feel very uncomfortable by this individual, completely unable to get his facts right, very misleading in what he was trying promote and almost like trying to get some money out of me for his own personal gain. What a truly awful customer experience, avoid at all costs!

I felt under pressure by jodie haley to work with natasha when I didn't want to engage with foundation anymore I simply said I didn't want to work with natasha and I wanted to be discharged from the service and that was my final decision and jodie responded to me by saying don't talk to me like that and I felt that was very impolite and rude and disrespectful as much as she was doing her job and maybe going through difficulty at that time and maybe didn't know how it had left me feeling she maynot have not known ant other way to respond and maybe trying to ease some discomfort from somewhere it left me feeling reluctant to talk to her again as I felt she didn't respect my feelings and the decision I made to terminate the support with foundation im gald I never went back to foundation to see her and Im sure not all the staff are the same I just feel I got the wrong person but I'm glad I found my way in the end I wouldn't choose jodie haley if I wanted to engage with foundation again Im abit older now and couldn't anyway but I would be reasurred it wouldn't be her I'd have as my worker. If I was 23 again.
