Recently had a follow-up with Wei. He was extremely professional in his approach, but also incredibly personable in tailoring the bike fit to my requirements after recent back trouble. It would also great to test out the new fit in the Velopark as well as on rollers. Would highly recommend Wei for anyone looking to get a bike fit.

Wei and Foundation Fit are excellent. Even though I consider myself a tough customer, they made the entire process simple and efficient. Wei, their expert fitter, was incredibly patient and attentive. He answered all my questions, made sure every detail was just right. He didn't miss a single step! I had an 8 point list going in and, on checking just before leaving; I realised that I had achieved all of theses items, as well as an additional 2 bonus actions that weren't on my list! After the fitting, I had more questions, and Foundation Fit was there for me. I was recommended a crank length adjustment which is expensive and I needed more information to better understand the theory/reasoning behind the change. They responded to all my emails promptly and clearly (with URLs to third party resources). Foundation Fit has genuinely made a huge difference in my cycling experience. For anyone needing a bike fitting, I can't recommend Foundation Fit and Wei enough.

I was introduced to Foundation Fit when I was looking to buy a gravel bike. They have helped get the frame and component sizes right that avoids all the faff and expense later swapping out bars and stems but best bit was changing to shorter cranks. This has been a total revolution. They have been super patient and accommodating. They have a wealth of experience (that pointed me in the right direction to get a seat post unstuck) and a dazzling array of saddle types to try out at their new base at the London velodrome; nice!

Wei and his team were recommended by my cycling club and I was very impressed by the service. They covered all dimensions of the bike, but when much further than the bike itself. They looked at bike shoe insoles, pelvic, heel rotation and other secondary factors which matter for a long ride, but I would have never thought about. At the end, I got a very detailed bike fit report for a custom framebuilder, as well as advice on exercise and muscle groups to work on to improve my cycling.

I got a bike fit done last year with Wei and the team, and not only was my bike considerably more comfortable afterwards, but the whole experience was super interesting, as Wei spends the time talking through biomechanics and how tweaking the bike's geometry can make such a difference. To top it off, earlier this year I sent him an email asking for advice on which size I should get for a new bike I wanted. I wasn't expecting much of a response as I thought I'd have to go back into the studio for a follow up session, but later that evening he sent an incredibly comprehensive response, recommending which would be best for my body specifically!!! I don't usually write reviews but I can't recommend Wei highly enough - he's both very knowledgable and has excellent customer care & follow up service. THANK YOU!!
