***** I fully recommend Foulds Guitars. They are amazing, knowledgeable people that go above and beyond for you ***** I went into Foulds Guitars in search of a hard case for a very old bass guitar. I was desperate to get my late Dad’s guitar over to my brother in NYC but everyone and everywhere I asked told me they didn’t have a case suitable (it was very old and fragile). The guys at Foulds were completely different. They weren’t going to give up and kept bringing out different cases to try. They showed a lot of respect for the guitar that obviously meant a lot to me and eventually found a case suitable. They then searched for a cardboard box that would be fit for shipping it in and brought out loads of packaging to make sure it was secure (and charged no extra). They gave me so much advice about how to make sure it was secure, what to do and what not to do, researched into the value of it so to advise me what to insure it for etc etc etc. And to top it off, carried it to my car for me and helped me squeeze it into my very full Fiesta. They were amazing and so passionate and just generally such kind hearted people. I sent the guitar exactly how they advised and with the company they advised and it got there (UK to NYC) within 1 working day and amazingly all in one piece! I will forever be grateful for the respect, advice and just general loveliness about something that meant so much to me. Thank you! Charlotte
