We came in the shop in March, as we needed a photo enlarged for my partner’s mom’s funeral. The woman who served us was incredibly helpful and sensitive. Walked in the shop I asked if printing photo was easier was told by shop assistant yes if you know how never attempted to come and help then after struggling I asked for help he came over did help but it was as if I was an inconvenience no customer service no interaction telling me what was happening I asked if I could pay while waiting every thing was an effort for him will def not be using shop again
