Brilliant service, will be using them again. Georgia Wilson-turner and fosters Financial went above and beyond for us in getting me and my partners first mortgage and property. Georgia even helped us set up our life insurance and home and contents insurance at a unbeatable price. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and Georgia was always willing to help and explained everything through email and over the phone at a moments notice. We really couldn't ask for anything more from Georgia and deserves every amount of praise possible. I was very unsure whether we could get what we wanted from a lender and Tara was really good at asking the right questions and reassuring me. I spoke to a different broker from another company but when I spoke to Tara it felt different like she knew what she was talking about. Tara is true to her word and she has not let me down. She is very particular in a good way as ultimately it sped up the process to our full mortgage offer. Henri was excellent too and they make a great team. Tara was our mortgage advisor and she is truly amazing and so helpful with everything especially as a first time buyer and with any question I had she was always there to talk us through it all and made the whole process super easy and smooth. Extremely Horrible and Unprofessional Service from mark bond,Gemma Haskell and Sophie Pegrum,totally shocked with his lack of knowledge, he was randomly placing us with lenders without any due diligence and not paying attention to our personal circumstances.Communication was poor and he made us chase and deal with developers as he was so rude telling us that he is not employed by the developer and also we do not pay him.This company left us with a very bad experience and Evolve also took our money for valuation which they did not give us a report or any feedback.Raised a formal complaint which was ignored, raised a formal complaint which was ignored by mark bond Manager lied to us that he will get back to us within 48hrs in his email response on 20/04/22 upto date no response from him or any of the team.We are very dissapointed as Evolve took our money and do not respond to you.I will be warning people about this Evolve on all social media platforms so that nobody will ever go though what we went through.PLEASE BE CAREFULL NOT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS.
