Fosters looked after the catering for our wedding on 27 May '23 at Ufton Court and provided a full wrap around service that also included dressing the tables to our unique specification, running the bar, and all sorts of ad-hoc jobs to ensure the day went incredible smoothly. We had the best day of our lives and much was thanks to Foster's. The food options prior to the wedding were incredibly diverse and provided a wide range of informal and more formal options; we went for the "posh bbq" which was absolutely incredible and something our guests raved about. The options for evening food were equally generous and while we played it safe going for pizza, the pizza did not disappoint and many of our guests have since commented on how good it was. Prior to the wedding ceremony, Foster's also kindly set up an outside temporary bar and served the drinks we provided which added an extra dimension to the day and a really cool way to enjoy the pre-ceremony live music with a drink in the guests hand. While being impeccable caterers, they also ran a fun bar in the evening and weren't phased by some no doubt pretty drunk guests who were making the most of the wedding! They certainly went with the flow and made it a fun filled night. We would recommend Foster's in a heartbeat - we simply couldn't have asked for anything more and, importantly, we felt their prices were equally fair and their food was delicious; so many of our guests have since made comments about the food which speaks volumes. Fosters catered for our wedding earlier this month, and they knocked it out of the park. All the food was lovely and the staff were all very friendly. Darren handled our food planning like a proper consultation, happy to work with us on ingredients, and provide suggestions from our vague ideas. The pizza cart was great. Very fresh, and the guys manning it were a right laugh. I would highly recommend them for anyone 😁

We are so happy to have chosen Fosters to cater for our wedding (at Ufton Court). We are both vegan, so wanted to have a vegan 3-course sit-down meal for the wedding breakfast and vegetarian/vegan pizzas in the evening. Most of our guests were not veggie/vegan but so many of them (incl. the committed meat-eaters) were telling us in the days and weeks after the wedding how much they loved the food. The most rave reviews were for the sun-dried tomato, spinach & chickpea pie; the avocado chocolate mouse; and the pizzas in the evening. We also had a couple of guests with potentially challenging dietary requirements who were happily catered for. Having compared to a few other catering companies, we felt the price was very good and excellent value for money. The costs were also really clear from the brochure and there were no hidden costs. Darren and Kirsty were great at answering our queries (in person, on Zoom and via email). They were also responsible for the timings and turning the rooms round at the venue, all of which went very smoothly. We are hugely grateful to the whole catering team! Josie & James

Out of all the Ufton Court caterers to choose from my husband and I decided to go with Foster's Catering. All their brochures were clear and concise. After a consultation with Darren we were confident with our choice. The menu tasting experience was brilliant. With a variety of meals to try within the budget we had set we were spoiled for choice. Even though we came away selecting our favourites we had in mind, we were nearly tempted by the other options because they were all delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Darren was happy to make a bespoke dessert request, my childhood favourite dessert Gypsy Tart, which was well received with many guests reminiscing their school dinners! A small number of my bridal party opted to have some of our evening cheese board earlier in the day whilst we were getting ready. We had several guests with multiple significant dietary requirements who were all catered for perfectly. Fosters' questionnaire and table plan form nearer to the day was very helpful and clear. On the day the wedding breakfast room was laid up perfectly. We boxed up all our details for each table as requested to accompany our homemade table centres and between their team and the Ufton staff they creatively placed everything out for us which took a job off our hands and was much appreciated! The food service was delivered efficiently and the high standard we had tasted a few months earlier.

We cannot speak highly enough of Fosters. Fantastic food at excellent value. One of the only wedding caterers we came across that had no hidden costs, and were happy to go the extra mile with a few unique choices we made. Our guests loved the food and we were really impressed with the service on the day. They are total pros and know exactly what they are doing - I would absolutely recommend them.

Darren, Kirsty and the team are nothing short of amazing. They catered our wedding earlier this month and absolutely nailed the food - there was not a scrap of food left on anyone's plates at the wedding breakfast and people are still talking about the toasties! Brilliant value for money and a great team too who were helpful and friendly. If we are ever looking for caterers in the future Foster's will be who we go to first. Would 100% recommend!

It was fantastic to have Darren and Fosters as part of our special day. An excellent company who helped ensure our wedding day ran smoothly. Not only did they provide fantastic food they were crucial in the running of the day. The communication throughout the planning process was excellent and they catered for all of our guests who had dietary requirements. We had lots of compliments on how tasty the bbq and pizzas were.
