Very disappointed with this guy. We used him a few years ago and wanted to stick with him. I spoke to him 4 weeks ago to arrange for him to tune our piano. We are 5 minutes away from him and I even offered to pick him up and drop him off as he is blind. I explained that my daughter had her GCSE piano pieces coming up and he promised me that he would be able to tune our piano in time for this. I called him yesterday and he tells me again to call him in 2 to 3 weeks. We now need to find someone else urgently as Mr Foster has let us down.
