If you want to sell your property as stress free as possible, use Foster Lewis & Co. When the mortgage rates shot up, I was desperate to sell and to purchased another property. I called Matthew on a Friday, the next day he came out to take photos and had the property online on the same day. We had viewings already signed up for Monday. Sharon liaised with me when she could do the viewings and within a 2 week span we had a buyer. Sharon was on top of everything. Full communication between 3 solicitors, the buyer, myself, and another estate agent. That's not including all her other clients! She was always there to answer all our questions. 3 months later and we are in our new home and planning the next chapter in our lives.
