Lived there for year and it wasn't the best. I was in Flat 2 so the bottom of them all and for one it was very dark and had almost zero natural light. It was also extrememly noisy. The cafe below likes to play their music pretty loud and it travels quite easily and they're open every day of the week from 9-5. The alleyway behind the building is where the cafes and restaurants keep all their rubbish and it gets quite loud when they slam the bins and their doors. The bin system is also a bit silly. The rules say that you have one day a week to put out your bins and if you miss that I guess you keep the bag in your room until next week - I asked about this but never got a straight answer. It was very often the entrance to the building was covered with bin bags making it very hard to get in (see pictures) I also had a massive problem with an unfixed pipe in the ceiling of the bedroom which made it ridiculously hard to sleep in because it would hit the ceiling and make noise continuously for about 3 hours during the night 12 to 3am. The repairs team wasn't great to deal with as they would come, i'd explain the problem and then they wouldn't do anything and say they'd come back another time. It took about two months for them to fix it and during that time I wasn't really sleeping. On a good note the room did have a lot of space and you're in a great location. So if you're a heavy sleeper and don't mind the noise then it might be good for you, if not maybe choose one of the higher up rooms. Or maybe look at Piccadilly residence they looked quite nice too.

This apartment was absolutely amazing it was so top notch I would live here all mod cons so clean I would recommend it to all my family my friends my work colleagues I will definitely book again it is the best apartment I have ever stayed in I didn’t want to leave
