I was initially impressed with the care home. The atmosphere was good with music playing along the corridors, personal photographs and name plaques outside everyone's door. There was a piano on both floors for anyone wishing to play as well as the usual communal TV rooms. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, I have since edited this review because of poor communication between Hertfordshire Adult Care and Fosse House which greatly affected my mother's care.
