What amenities are included in the cottage rental?
Our cottage rentals come fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, linens, and towels. We also provide basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Additionally, each cottage has heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Outside, there are picnic tables, BBQ grills, and fire pits for guests to use.
What is the check-in/check-out process?
Check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out time is at 11 AM. Guests can check-in at our reception desk where they will receive their key and a brief orientation of the property. If you plan to arrive after hours, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for a late check-in.
What is the cancellation policy for cottage rentals?
Our cancellation policy for cottage rentals is as follows: if you cancel more than 14 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, you will be charged for one night's stay. If you do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged for the entire stay.
Are pets allowed in the cottages?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our cottages. We understand that pets are a part of the family, but we have guests who may have allergies or other concerns. We do allow service animals, so please let us know in advance if you will be bringing one.
Is there a minimum stay requirement for cottage rentals?
Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights for cottage rentals. During peak season, which is from June to September, the minimum stay requirement is three nights. However, we do make exceptions for last-minute bookings or if there is availability between other reservations, so feel free to ask.
