Absolute disgrace of a hospital. The way my family member has been treated is absolutely appalling and staff do not care at all. When I called to check on my family member the lady on the phone was so uncaring and acted like she can not be bothered to do her job. Would rather threaten you with being arrested if you tell them you’re suicidal than help you even though that is their job!!!!!!! Half the staff need sacked and bring in staff that actually CARE and want to help people. Not staff that are just there for the pay packet.

This place is a disaster waiting to happen. It should never be allowed to be a hospital. I have been here three weeks and been rapped of my self esteem and my pride. My dignity has been torn from me I am now a weak man. All my clothes have been taken from me except a single sock. I am in pain at writing this but unable le get a doctor as my kidneys are failing. The nurse in charge will not see me or call a doctor. In fact she has not as yet given me my Medication . This a disgrace to the nursing staff who got us through the recent pandemic. What can I say or Do?? Nothing no one will listen.please help please ... Thank you Frank Glenister
