Not great - referred here by GP for psychiatric assessment - they spoke to my son who is going through chronic depression and asked him if he wanted help, of course he replied "no" and that was that. Unbelievable!!!

I was under forward thinking’s SEDS team for a few months. Had no issues whatsoever with my care, I was treated with respect and empathy. My care coordinator Sally was great, really friendly, reliable and helpful during my hardest times. Definitely would recommend this SEDS team

Uncaring and unprofessional. Im a carer for my partner who has been woth this service for years, the total lack of communication along with the lack of care and professionalism in the way they talk to patients, carers, and anyone calling is astounding. Theres miscommunication between themselves within the company. My partner has been told on 3 or 4 seperate occasions that she has access to the crisis line with all of these being either false or not communicated to the crisis team. The crisis team is of absolutely no help and instead prioritise quantity of calls to keep their numbers high rather then providing any actual care. My partner hasn't had a named psychiatrist for about 2 years which has stopped her getting medication reviews, therapy and had most of the service closed off to her for some time now. If you are a professional or are seeking mental health services yourself. DO NOT COME HERE. It will not help and will make your mental health worse which i have seen over years with my partner and many other people online.
