Possibly the worst service you could never ask for. There have been delays on medication, medication sent to wrong people and addresses. Never known such an unprofessional service in all my time.

Very mixed feelings about this service. A good thing is that SOME staff are very nice and actually care. HOWEVER, this service MUST improve... I have heard a lot of negative opinions but here are my experiences: - I was always told to ring them in crisis and I did. I was very unwell and asked if I can speak to someone, the person on the phone sighted and said ''can I get someone else to ring you?'' and I informed them that I am feeling suicidal to which he said ''well, if you're feeling so unwell and unsafe, why don't you just take yourself to A&E?'' in a rather sarcastic tone. I told him that this comment made me feel even worse and he informed me that he's ''been answering the phone all day''. If you are working in this field, regardless of how tired and busy you are, your service users should be a priority and if you cannot handle it - work less hours and don't take your frustration on service users! - Appointments without letting you know about them. I found out by accident about an appointment which was taking place in less than 24h from a member of the home treatment... No phone call, no letter, not even a text from FTB informing me about the appointment! They knew I work full-time and need to know about appointments in advance so I can take time off. I asked if there is any possibility of doing it another day (as the appointment was literally the next day!) and they said there is no other availability... Surely if you're appointments are so precious and limited, you would like your patients to be aware of them? Forward Thinking - you really need to do something about your service. Young people are crying for help and having a professional, empathetic staff with basic organisation skills would be the first step.

Some of my highlights of this service have been being told I was too underweight to respond to therapy and just being told to eat more instead, being threatened with hospitalisation for not trying hard enough to recover (at this point the only treatment I was receiving was medication after a year of trying to request therapy) , being screwed around with prescriptions that I was due a review for over 6 months ago and them never being ready to collect on time and a lack of communication and messages not being passed on. It is not fair to ask patients who suffer from anxiety and depression to have to fight this much to get any sort of help and I am very concerned for other service users who may have slipped through the net because of this.

We all know funding as affected mental health services seriously for the worse, however, this review is purely for telephone staff/services at this centre... Terrible telephone service!!! Be prepared to wait a very long time before you do get through to anyone, my average wait is minimum 30/40 minutes and that's when I'm number 1 in the call queue!!! Atrocious and extremely frustrating.

Inept, complete absence of care for vulnerable patients, repeated failures to follow processes, failure to provide accurate assessments or information, absence of complaints procedure, neglectful practices that lead to accelerated mental distress for the patient. Appalling service.

Absolutely horrendous place after finally getting my daughter an appointment 4 years ago there was never any followed up yet we was told they would be intouch I kept ringing chasing why and was told someone would be intouch never had that returned call I keep calling then I was told that person left someone else would ring me...nope so I kept ringing I went back to my GP who herself kept chasing them even by trying a referal request again she ended up having to call them personally to find out what was going on after 3 years she asked why my daughter was not taken care of her file must of been lost to which the GP said to me herself more like left at the back of the shelf I don't know how I've not lost my daughter in these years she has hung on and on to be seen as she desperately needs help and medication I cannot wait for her to turn 18 so she does not have to deal with this place and our GP can take care of her medically ...this place should be shutdown they left my daughter hanging like her life has no value!!!
