    I have attended a large variety of classes that Lilli has taught and had many one on one sessions with her. I have a good posture while exercising naturally now (when I do) and can always ask her any advice on what exercises are appropriate for myself depending on the result I want. She is qualified in loads, from; Circuit, Box fit and Spin to Aqua, Pilates and Body pump. She can work around people's busy lives and has even had clients she saw before work (far too early for me) to do a range of things like weight training, cardiovascular exercise and balance work. Of course I am biased because Lilli is my mum but she is friendly and very knowledgeable.
