PS : ITS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY SCREW UP MY FOOD OUT OF RESPECT FOR BROTHER HABIB (HASEEB) I never criticise them I have or should I say I was their customer for the past 14 years and I don't know they change the chef or they change the ingredients but today they have disappointed me I order chicken xsuan with egg fried rice sauce they put its not the regular sauce colour is different and smells awful they send me veg chow mein plain as well as my fried rice plain and I specifically requested to be medium hot I paid the delivery charge and now with such anger I don't want to say anything wrong but u lost the loyal customer and people out there better watch your order cos I don't know greed got to them or they change the management it isn't the same food waited almost an hour tired from work and last thing u want is a proper meal instead we,ve got this. Those who can recognise the difference between xsuan sauce can tell the difference specially when u r eating from the same place for a long time.

Horrible management. I’ve ordered from them at least 150 times. I’ve always gotten the same/similar stuff. Today, the chef and manager turned around to say they no longer offer 2 salt & pepper prawns. And the chef went as far to claim that they don’t do it. When I have screenshots of this being false. Fortune Cookie has lost a loyal customer. The management abs disrepute is not right and just not worth your time really - I would strongly advise against ordering from Fortune Cookie!

The food is okay but they’re always sending pack with folio , they do pack with box only collection. I wanted to pack in box to delivery and I told them I can pay extra and I’m your regular customer, they don’t care about it and staff was so rude , they said to many people are waiting them and they are not gonna do it. I’m not gonna order from there they are still continuing to send salt and pepper chips in folio. I’m not leaving to order food from there. They can continue to think about cost. I have recommended it to many people before, I won’t do that anymore.
