Cancelled my storage container and left within the allotted time. 1 months notice. Everything clean and tidy. They said they sent the cheque to my old address...nothing ever showed up. Waited over 3 months. During this time I made numerous calls only to be told, when they answered the phone, that they would look into it. Never got replies. They finally after nearly 4 months "resent" cheque to my new address but only for £50 when it should have been £150, claiming that it wasn't given up and cleared within the allotted time. Absolutely disgusting. Daylight robbery! Stay away
