I really like the fortress house. I am a top up student at Coventry University. Compared with other apartments, I really think the fortress house is very suitable. First of all, I strongly recommend Eva, the lady at the reception of the apartment, she is super patient and enthusiastic. It is to let me feel the care and warmth of my family in a foreign land! Furthermore, the location of this building is very good, located in the city center, super convenient. Can you realize that turning left for one minute when you go out is a Chinese food street and various local supermarkets. It only takes 1 minute for you to get home after shopping. And there are three bus stops at the door of this house, which means that as long as you want to take the bus, you can take it immediately when you go out, so you don’t have to get up early and wait for the bus to go to work or school! If you are a college student in Warwick, you can wait for the bus directly at your door! The most important thing is that the staff here are super nice, and I love Ms. Eva so much. She explained to me very considerately when I checked in. Every time there is a courier, she will notify me to pick it up, which is really warm. No exaggeration, I just feel that the fortress house is a little less well-known among students, but the experience of staying in it is really good! Strongly recommended, you won't regret staying here.

This place is horrible to live in for a number of reasons; there’s a sewage problem which makes bathroom drain bring out a weird smell, the wi-fi doesn’t work at all, there’s always a weird smell in the kitchens cause there’s no proper ventilation, the fridges in our rooms aren’t cold enough, there’s a reception with no receptionist soo it’s hard to get help, the lift has never worked, the kitchens are always left dirty, so i had to carry my stuff up four flights of stairs when i moved in and when you report the problems, no one ever comes to follow up. The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to the city centre and Eva is super helpful, other than that it’s terrible.

Fortress house is one of the convenient accommodation in city centre. The price of accommodation and the facilities they got its more than enough for everyone. Mostly their staff are really friendly and helpful especially i would like to mention Eva who is very kind and supportive about everything. And she is the one who is make sure that everything in the building and people who lives there are getting everything properly. So she deserves more than 5*. So if anyone is planning to move make sure atleast have a visit in Fortress House. Thanks

The place is just average to live but the staff is very good especially Eva. She is such a nice and kind lady. She always give more than 100% to help students in resolving their issues. She is the best Customer Service Associate i witnessed. Also this place is cheap as compare to others around.

This place is not very nice to live in. There is no fresh air in the hallways or in the kitchen as there is no windows. You live here with diferent people from diferent cultures , sometimes when they cook the smell is terrible and also the way they leave the kitchen in very filthy and the stove full of oil very discusting. They not wipe the counter or do nothing much . Sometimes they live dirty dishes in the sink until the next day . It can be hard for people that likes to cook they don't respect others and they just wait on the cleaner to clean the kitchen once a week.
