ordered one afternoon tea and added a sparkling tea. for the set chose fortmason tea and liked the orange scent and flavor very much, but would not recommend the sparkling tea. tea food was okay, scone with clotted cream and lemon curd was my favorite. it was for my birthday and they wrote happy birthday on the dish :)

Fave place for quick shipping of few signature F&M things. It’s always quiet compared to Piccadilly probably because has only capsule collection of the best signature products . Staff here is perfect polite and friendly very affectionate and professional . It’s a pleasure to enjoy a quick coffee & tea outdoors or indoors . Highly recommend! P.s . Note to management Outdoor staff could do with some hi-tech assistance for communication and services to make it possible running less up and down the main entrance stairs !

I recently had a terrible experience at Fortnum and Mason, all thanks to the waiter named Andrea. The entire evening was ruined because of his poor service. Not only did he not put our order through, but he kept on pointing at us and giving us dirty looks. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, our food took an hour to arrive because of Andrea's incompetence. He purposely delayed our order, and we ended up complaining about the poor service. It was supposed to be a lovely evening, but we were left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Overall, I would not recommend visiting Fortnum and Mason if Andrea is your waiter. His lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude completely ruined our experience. Save yourself the time and money, and go somewhere else.

It was a very enjoyable dinner we had. The staff was very friend and food as you would expect been “high end” ingredients. Our server was a little odd. She forgot us a couple of times but overall, it was ok especially we were given this as a Christmas gift. But there was a bit of BUT including, some very solid sofa bread with the crab, the Plaice was crumbed and fried which was not explained. The worst, having bones in crumbed fish is not great as it is not easy to spot. Instead, I had to eat very carefully to ensure no bones was in my mouth. There was 4 bones in total. Overall, we were filled and contented when we were done.
