My second visit here, my 4th shoulder operation in 10 years following on from a car crash. The clinic is extremely modern, clean and easy to get around. The staff from reception through to theatres and all those in-between are full of empathy, professionalism and so kind. Everyone was easy to talk to, explained all what was going on and what to expect. My surgeon is currently my favourite person in the world. Previous doctors told me they couldnt help me and to change my lifestyle which threw me into the black hole of constant painkillers and depression as im an active 46 year old with about 75% of my life consisting of horses, paddle boarding and sailing. All of which are a lifestyle, not a hobby. Now I am back to looking forward to my life again. Thank you to all at the Fortius Clinic.

Amazing treatment, sparking clean top class facilities and world class elite doctors and medical personnel . I visited Fortius Surgical Centre to have a causal epidural injection with Dr Ben Thomas, one of the best doctors I’ve ever met . The procedure I will dare to say was much more pleasant that stressful or anxious . The expertise of Fortius, the facilities, the medical personnel and my doctor made me feel as relaxed as I would be sitting on a cafe with my friends in Marylebone . I couldn’t recommend Fortius more Thank you for the excellent care I received which I am most grateful of .

I was undergoing a repeat procedure that hadn't worked when it was carried out at another private clinic in Harpenden. The experience was chalk and cheese. I was very impressed with the Fortius Surgical Centre. I was looked after and made to feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The surgical team were incredibly professional and explained everything I needed to know prior to my surgery. The care I received in recovery post surgery was fantastic. I wish I could remember the names of the nurses to thank them personally but everyone was great. Even the agency staff were a credit to the rest of the team. Thank you all very much.
