Two bad experiences here. One with a doctor who seemed to think it not worth mentioning that he was 45 minutes late to see me. The second for an MRI. Do not come here for an MRI. I have had a lot of MRI scans over the years, and this was one of the very worst. The people are nice and the venue is very shiny, but the machine they use is slow, particularly claustrophobic and between 50% and 100% more expensive than the much better machines available elsewhere in London.

Great clinic, very modern but constantly late. I had one appointment with Dr Thomas, he had 30min delays, nobody informed me, plus, I perfectly heard another person arriving just after me said he had an appointment with the same dr, at the same hour. I guess they couldn’t admit it was a double booking. Second appointment for an MRI, I asked the receptionist if they were on time, he said yes, I waited 45min... I have my follow up appointment this week but I don’t think I will be back there. Punctuality is a key factor on trust. Or at least, been honest why you’re late. The treatment there except the delay was good.

I visited here twice; once for an MRI scan, and once for consultation. On both occasions I found staff very friendly, efficient and highly knowledgeable. The waiting decor was unlike a harsh clinical environment, which I liked and put me at ease. Yet they are well equipped with state of the art facilities. Also my results were available in record time. I would highly recommend.
